THE DIRECTORS

          Ian Hargreaves is a director of Naric Pty Ltd. He has a degree in civil engineering and is a licenced builder with BSA Queensland. Ian spent eight years prior to the establishment of Naric managing a successful civil construction company that grew from 6 to 40 staff members and a turnover of $3M to $20M in that time period. The same growth has been experienced by Naric Pty Ltd successfully in the last three years.

           Richard Probert is a director of Naric Pty Ltd. Richard has a mechanical engineering degree and his previous experience includes research and development and operational roles for Ford Motor Company, project management of large government projects at Accenture a leading management consultancy company and twelve months civil construction including office and site based works prior to his new role as joint managing director of Naric Pty Ltd.

          Clients the Directors previously worked with prior to commencing Naric Pty Ltd included Nev Pask, Mirvac Ltd, Villaworld, AV Jennings, Delfin, Defence Housing, Leighton Contractors, Thomas and Coffey and Oxmar Properties. A number of these clients are still associated with Naric Pty Ltd including Thomas and Coffey, AV Jennings, Department of Defence and Oxmar Properties. Oxmar properties and Thomas and Coffey alone has seen the successful construction of over $10m worth of civil projects in Brisbane and Queensland in the past three years. The companies experience includes Residential and commercial building projects, subdivisions, civil structures such as stormwater infrastructure, bridges and culverts and remote works.

NARIC STAFF

           Naric employs over 30 staff in office and field positions. Our works are site based and cover a number of disciplines within the civil construction industry. Our office staff is experienced in office administration and accounts, contracts administration and project management. Our site based staff are separated broadly into four main disciplines:

          • Site supervisors or foreman who supervise individual projects and trades teams

          • Tradesmen and labourers including pipelayers, concretors, leading hands who workon various projects under the supervision of site foreman

          • Plant operators who operate machine either owned by Naric or subcontracted on a project by project basis

          • Subcontractors who complete works either beyond the scope of our in house expertise or complete works when availability of in house staff is insufficient to meet construction programmes.

All Naric staff have the necessary qualifications and experience to complete contract works on time and on budget.

          The combined experience of staff and contacts with local suppliers and subcontractors allows Naric to be competitive in projects ranging is size from $20,000 to $10 Million. Our ability to deliver quality projects is limited only by the availability of capable site staff, at present we can complete up to 10 projects simultaneously with all office management and site management staff having demonstrated supervisory experience to complete projects on budget and on schedule. We have access to staff and resources that can complete works from the NSW border in the South to the Torres Strait in the North.
